Toelichting
I started therapy a year ago and was given attention from the very beginning. The process was quick and made it easy for me as an international in the Netherlands. I noticed that their intercultural skills were put forward on their website and I can totally approve. All workers showed good communication skills even when not in their mother tongue and showed interest in getting to know my culture. In terms of organization, it was very easy to communicate about schedules and all workers have shown a lot of flexibility with me. Also, I was taken very seriously and given space to make decisions for my treatment. At all points in time, I felt like that. I am delighted with my therapist's work, the trust we build together and the care provided. It was a mutual work that I am grateful for. I highly recommend Spectrum GGZ for all these reasons.
