It took me time to log and understand the way they work with apt dashboard and all request by internet. I personally did not like that as it’s was all in Dutch and the navigation was not straight fwd in my account. The building is quite old and patient/therapist room needs a good refurbishment but all is clean and feel secured. I only got to meet my therapist and I trusted her 100%. She explained well about my situation symptoms and process every time. Some sessions were more difficult than others but she always make sure it was fine with me. I did not like that much the online sessions which were due to the corona virus as I felt it was more difficult for me to concentrate or be treated like this. I am very happy by the competence and professionalism of my therapist. She is an asset for Splinter and very skilled.
