I had one intake appointment in which I had to explain my situation to a student for over 1 hour and then a trained psychologist appeared and asked the same questions all over again (1.5h intake). I got list of fees prior to the meeting, with time and cost of intake meeting with no mention of possible costs of overtime. To my surprise I found out that specialists are incentivised to extend meetings, because they can charge extra for this. So, for the 1.5 hour intake I got a bill of about 650euros. Unaware of their biIling system, I accepted offer to have a follow-up call in which I was expected to confirm that I don't want to continue with the treatment. The call was about 5min long and I got billed for it another 170 eur. In total, ~1.5h treatment costs ~800eur. Watching coaching videos on YouTube took me less time and way less money, with probably same effect as oh my mood. I don't recommend.
