I was surprised over the high bill that i received so i called to get more information. instead of talking to my doctor i was asked in an unpolite way to write emails. They then agreed to refund me some money but didnt tell me in detail what. The money I received back doesn't match with the parts that they charged too much (with the parts they also agreed on that they didnt do). On further emails that i wrote to get more informations (what is the money for that they returned, what about the rest they charged too much they dont reply anymore even though i asked in a polite way. I want informations and expect a dentist to explain me the bill if i get the feeling that there are parts on that didn't happen (in my case 3 injection-anastheatics were charged even though i only receiven one via a liquid) The stuff speaks english and even german so me not speaking dutch should not be the issue for not replying. for the rest: after a broken pipe in the flat above they had to renovate so it looks ore like a temporary place at the moment and not very inviting. but i assume they will fix this. I don't recommend this dentist and i am highly dissapointed.
