Overall, I am very happy with the care provided to my mother. Although I was initially worried about the language barrier, the staff is very professional and knows how to communicate with her effectively, even without speaking the same language. The atmosphere is warm and cozy, and the spacious and clean room is a great environment for her. My mother enjoys freshly prepared warm meals that are made daily. The caregivers are kind, respectful, and attentive. I appreciate the personal approach of the staff, who take the time to learn about my mother's history, interests, and preferences in order to provide individualized care. My mother adapted quickly and has made some friends among the patients. There are wonderful holiday celebrations and weekly activities for the residents. Initially, certain questions took a bit longer to be resolved, and I had to remind the staff several times. However, everything is now settled and resolved, and I am satisfied with the care my mother is receiving.
