Toelichting
Good day. I have called the colaer clinic comlpaining of dizziness. I explaind that i checked my blood presure yesterday and today and i notice there is a big difference between the reeading in the right hand from the left hand. The different is 20 points in both diastolic and systolic. I have checked my bp 3 tims today and twice yesterday and the reading keep giving 20 points different between 2 hands. after i explaind to the assetent on the phone, she gave me an appointment after 5 hours which is ok with me. But after few mints i felt the dizziness is increasing and i started feeling i cant consetrate. I was really scared.. i thought its better to go immediately to the clinic before it get worse and worse. When i reach there and expand that to the receptionest. she seemd not happy and asked me to wait. they called me to come and talk to the assetent in the reseption area. the assistant asked me (not in pleasant way). why you are here now i gave you appt at 1610. I told here i feel worse and i don't feel right i thougt maybe you can check my BP without appt because maybe something wrong with my BP machine. She answerd no we dont do that without appointment and your case is not life threatening so you should come on your appt. according to my knowledge as a nurse, big difference between 2 arms is a red alert although i told her also on the phone that i have history with high cholesterol but maybe i am wrong. what buther more is the treatment from the workers. i worked in 2 different countries in 2 different healthcare system but we never treat scared patient in this way we never make the patient feel that he is in a shop. we always deal with patients and attend to there needs physically and mentally always with sympathe. I wonder is it because i am a foreigner or they do the same with everyone!
