Waardering van VGZ - Arnhem op 25 november 2018

I have been on sabbatical outside of the Netherlands during 2018. I notified VGZ of my absence via telephone and was told that they noted that and that I am covered. During that period I also had a procedure which I cleared out in time with the alarm centre and got permission to continue - detailed documents were sent to them. However, the costs for my procedure is not yet fully paid (after 5 months). I also had to see specialists (on the recommendation of my doctor) but none of that was paid out, without supplying any reason. This is really not what I expected when I joined the VGZ 'worldwide coverage'. The service is appalling and making contact with them very difficult. Not recommended.
