For more than 10 years we don't find our doctor interested in the underlying causes of diseases in our whole family. None of my kids nor husband wants to go there anymore because of the indifference lack of professionality. We only get attention if we are at the most extreme situation. Even then its difficult. We don't get referred to the right specialists, rather cover the symptoms with a cream, than do an in depth check out about allergies, or other possible causative factors. My father had heart issues, with oedema, but it was a terrible struggle to get referral to a specialist. The knowledge concerning diet and lifestyle is so limited i regret not getting advice for my kids. Compassion, Understanding of the psychology of the client is very little too, in a moment where i had palpitations and panick attacks, i was losing weight and couldn't eat, nor sleep, and was heavily loosing liquid, i got told i have nothing.
