Me and my family has been going to this for couple of years. The facilities here is nice and clean. Treatment we got was good. Problem we often had was we go there for cleaning and end up having many treatments many times without consulting us if we needed or not. The amount we are charged with are never told upfront and couple of times we had mild heart attack because of big bills we received. Few times more than necessary x-rays taken and all billed to us. The agency which manages the accounts Fa-med has pathetic customer care.

The treatment by the mouthhygienist is most commonly combined with the
regular check up by the dentist. The dentist will only make
x-ray's according to the guidelines and will tell why it's necessary. After
the approval of the patiënt he will make the x-ray's and discuss the
diagnosis. If treatments are necessary and the costs will be above the 150
euro's it will be told. If the costs are lower and the patiënt ask for it,
it will also be told. The costs of the treatments are standard Dutch
prices, which are determined by the NZA. The treatments we offer, we strive
to be of the highest quality. Famed is the factoring company who
gives our patiënts more than a month time to pay the bills
